Refund Policy

We want our consumers to love and believe in our products, either in the loo, kitchen, out and about, wherever you are.
We want you to have fun with it, laugh and also feel proud that you are making a small change to the environment by making conscious decisions.

However, in case you do find that our product is not your cup of tea, our team will be right here to help you with getting your money back!
You can contact our customer services team on hello@wipethat.com.au tell us why you want a refund and we will happily help you.

For eligible claims:

  • Must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Not have used more than 2 rolls per box.
  • The product must be in original condition with all packaging intact for unused toilet paper rolls.
  • The item must be delivered back to the warehouse undamaged for a refund to be granted.
  • You may arrange your own return delivery or Wipe That can arrange return pick up on your behalf.

Wipe That will cover the original handling and shipping cost however it doesn't include return shipping cost.

    • Laundry Project doesn't not offer money-back guarantee due to hygienic reasons.
